The Hooters start 30th Anniversary Tour and announce new Five by Five EP
The Hooters began their 30th Anniversary Tour with a series of shows in Switzerland and Germany.
The tour will continue later this summer with visits to these and other countries.
Guest musician Tommy Williams joined the band for the tour this summer,
initially filling in on guitar, mandolin, and backing vocals while Eric was recovering from a broken shoulder that
allowed him to sing, play harmonica, recorder, but only a little guitar. After Eric's return to his normal role,
Tommy has remained as a valued contributor to the exciting live show.
To celebrate the band's long relationship with their many loyal fans in Germany,
they introduced a new song with lyrics orignally written and sung in German — the whimsically profound Pissing In The Rhine.
This song is the first track on the new Five by Five EP.
The new EP is now available in our store, and orders can also be placed with the German
amazon.de
web site.
